About
I’m 17 years old and compete in triathlon, running, cycling and swimming. I’ve been doing the three sports in all various forms, since I was young. It probably started from doing mountain-biking, coming from more of a cycling background, plus swimming lessons and running a bit over a few years. My dad was an influence competing in duathlon, cycling and running. When I was about 8 I did my first duathlon, I won and loved it.
2025
2025 has been a great year so far, making strong progress towards my aims of increasing my international racing and performances.
2024 was concluded with my first national and world titles in triathlon, both within just two weeks of each other: becoming the British Triathlon Champion for 2024 and XTERRA Youth World Champion two weeks later!
At the time of writing (end of August 2025), I raced in Romania, for my first European Junior Triathlon Cup, Izvorani. Despite racing up a category, I placed 6th amongst top elite juniors from around Europe and the world, just 1s off 4th.
In the British Series, after finishing 2nd overall last year and winning the final round (British Champs), I’ve secured a 2nd place finish at round 1 of the series this year, and won the following round in June – the qualifying race for the European Youth Triathlon Champs in Austria.
I’ll be racing there in two weeks time and look forward to giving it my absolute best to deliver a high quality performance I know I’m capable off, against the best youth triathletes (15-17yrs) on the continent.
I won’t be racing the British Triathlon Champs, but this is because I am representing Great Britain at the European Champs the same weekend, so it’s good to see how far I’ve come and the level I am reaching.
Two weeks after I will back at XTERRA World Champs, to defend my world title from last year!
September is looking to be an incredible month, having made strong progress in achieving my goals and aspirations for this year. I look forward to the opportunity to perform at such a high level and am excited for the future opportunities!

In running over the last several years I have accumulated success across various disciplines, including gaining multiple national top 10 results, finishing 7th at the English Schools XC last year and representing England for the second time in cross country, and the last time possible for the SIAB (Schools International Athletics Board) XC, in Dublin, where I finished 8th.
I’ve also proved my success in fell running, finishing 2nd at the English Schools fell running champs on my first time, and winning the following year to become English Schools Fell Running Champion and setting a course record at the same time.
Cycling is still something I enjoy massively, having competed in some more road races this year, and still racing MTB like usual and securing a podium at one of the Southern XC rounds as a first year Junior, on one of the few opportunities I had, not racing as much as I would’ve liked unfortunately due to costs.
With XTERRA increasing in popularity and exposure, I’ve been able to compete in some more and with success at the world Champs already and winning the UK XTERRA sprint race overall at Weston Park, I look forward to the opportunities in the off-road side of triathlon too.
