This morning I ran Hastings Parkrun. I had a strong run out and reached the turn around (halfway) point in 7.40. The conditions were quite windy so when I turned I had a strong headwind. As I was ahead and on my own, I didn’t have anyone to tuck behind and stay out of the wind. I finished in 16.05 which was exactly the same as my PB there. I was happy with my run and pleased in the windy conditions.
